Ingredients
Nice Extra Premium maize flour, water, salt
Preparation
Boil water, gradually add flour while stirring, cook until firm and smooth.
45 minPerfect Chapati
Ingredients
Nice Extra Ngano wheat flour, warm water, oil, salt
Preparation
Knead soft dough, rest, roll thin, cook on hot pan with a drizzle of oil.
60 minGolden Mandazi
Ingredients
Ngano flour, sugar, yeast, milk, cardamom
Preparation
Mix, let rise, cut, deep-fry to golden brown, serve warm.
50 minAromatic Pilau
Ingredients
Nice Pure Pishori rice, beef, pilau masala, onions
Preparation
Fry onions, add spices and beef, add rice and broth, simmer covered.
30 minCoconut Rice
Ingredients
Nice Pure Pishori rice, coconut milk, cardamom
Preparation
Rinse rice, cook with coconut milk and spices until fluffy.
